about me
As a child, Brejac was a daydreamer, living in a world where her imagination knew no limits. She fell headfirst into theater and art, where she could channel her boundless creativity into all sorts of delightful (and sometimes crazy) endeavors. Whether it was an abstract painting, a cheeky graphic design, or a performance that left everyone wondering if they had just witnessed a masterpiece or a mild act of artistic rebellion, she was always up to something original.
Though her work is as vibrant as her personality, she also embraces the quieter joys of life. She's a self-proclaimed "professional enjoyer"—whether she's savoring a cup of coffee or flipping through a new book.
Brejac believes that art should be as much about self-expression as it is about fun, and that life is far too short not to be a little weird. Made in Antwerp, she continues to share her colorful creations with the world, proving that art doesn't always have to be serious to be meaningful—sometimes, it just has to make you smile.
Above all: "Art should be fun"!

Brenda Jacobs
Brejac (Brenda Jacobs) is a Belgian artist with a heart as colorful as the city of Antwerp where she was born and raised. Known for her infectious laughter and the kind of positivity that could make even a Monday morning seem like a Friday, she's the kind of person who can light up a room just by walking into it. While her work is bold and original, her true superpower is her ability to bring people together, turning any gathering into a lively, joyful affair. Even when uncertainty creeps in (as it does for us all), she faces it with a smile and a wink, always ready to turn any challenge into an opportunity for creativity.
After studying graphic arts and animation drawing, she didn't just follow the traditional artist's path—she jumped in with both feet and a splash of glitter. Her work blends the visual and the theatrical, with a bit of playful madness thrown in for good measure. You'll never see Brejac doing anything ordinary, and that's just the way she likes it. Her art is colorful, whimsical, and packed with so much personality that it practically jumps off the canvas (sometimes literally—okay, maybe not literally, but you get the point).
